We have some very basic house rules that we ask that you abide by during your stay.

These rules are meant for you to review before your stay and are simple. Best case scenario, we (your hosts) do not make have to make reference to any of rules during your stay :)

If any of the house rules are broken, we have the right to ask you to leave without a refund.

| THE BASICS |

1.) OCCUPANTS – All booking guests must be 25+ (with the exception of children accompanied by their parents). For this listing, no more than 15 guests (including children) may be at the property. Please list all guests on the guest list - any guest not on the list will be your responsibility, not ours. If you are bringing more, you will be asked to leave without refund and/or charged an extra $25/night.

2.) CHECK IN and CHECK OUT – Check-in time is any time after 4pm and check-out time is at 10am. No exceptions.

Before you leave we ask that you do a couple simple things!

( a.) Empty the refrigerator and dispose items into the trash ( b.) Load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it ( c.) Leave any used beds unmade and place towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms and ( d.) gather all your belongings!

3.) PARKING – Parking is limited to 3 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

4.) HOUSEKEEPING – There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. Check-Out is at 10 am to allow our housekeepers time to clean the cabin.

5.) SECURITY – Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure and throughout your stay. Our cabin is in a very safe area, but please stay cautious.

6.) GARBAGE – Any garbage must be stowed in the bins on the driveway.

7.) FIREPLACE – Please do not throw paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are turned off from April 1 to October 1 and are not operational during this time of year.

8.) HOT TUB – The hot tub is one of the best features of the property! AND it is all ready for you and should be set no lower than 95 or more than 104 degrees at all times

It does come with a few rules as well:

( a.) No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the hot tub without adult supervision
( b.) DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break, and you may be charged for replacement.
( c.) When not using the hot tub, leave the cover on so it stays warm.

Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill, and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. When using the hot tub, please remember there are health risks associated with its use - please use it at your own risk.
