About Property

Discover the ultimate wildlife retreat at Cozy Bear Lodge, a beautiful 3-story mountain escape nestled in the heart of Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This stunning cabin is designed for those who love nature, offering authentic wildlife charm where mother bears and her cubs are known to wander through the yard, providing a front-row seat to the magic of the Smokies from the safety of your deck.

Across 1,910 square feet of living space, the layout is perfectly crafted for large groups or multiple families. The cabin features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a king bed, and 3 full bathrooms. To accommodate up to 12 guests, the home also includes three sleeper sofas: two queen sleepers in the living room and one queen sleeper in the lower-level game room.

The home is spread across three levels of comfort. The main level welcomes you with a living room featuring leather furniture, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The upper level provides a secluded sanctuary with its own king bedroom and access to a covered deck. The lower level is the hub of entertainment, boasting a large game room with a pool table, arcade cabinet, pub table, and a second gas fireplace.

While the structured amenities list is currently being updated, the property is designed for relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy a soothing hot tub tucked under the covered deck, charcoal grilling on the porch, and high-speed WiFi to stay connected. Partial mountain views are a highlight of the property, which open up wide and expansive once the leaves drop during the colder months.

Set into a wooded hillside, the lodge is ideally located for exploring Gatlinburg. You are just a short drive from premier attractions including Anakeesta, Dollywood, Dollywood's Splash Country, and Ober Gatlinburg. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and the local Arts and Crafts Community are all within easy reach.
