People other than those in the guest’s party may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the house is the sole responsibility of the guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit of 14.

Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. - 8:00a.m.

This house is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guest are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Keep Property and all furnishings in good order.

Only use appliances for their intended uses.

PETS are NOT permitted.

Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Housekeeping: There are no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.





Garbage: Any garbage must be taken to the recycle center located at 345 Wards Chapel Rd, Eatonton, GA 31024 or 154 Sammons Industrial Pkwy, Eatonton, GA. All trash must be emptied when you vacate. Failure to do so will be assessed a $75 removal fee.

Directions to the recycle center on Wards Chapel Rd are as follows: ** Follow Lake Forest Dr to stop sign** Turn left onto Old Phoenix Rd** Turn next left onto Wards Chapel Rd. ** The recycling center will be a few miles on the right. If you come to a stop sign, you’ve gone too far. 


Directions to the recycle center on Sammons Industrial Pkwy are as follows: ** Follow Lake Forest Dr to stop sign** Turn right onto Old Phoenix Rd** Continue straight at traffic light onto Harmony Rd. ** Turn right onto Sammons Industrial Pkwy.** The recycle center will be on your left. 

*If you are checking out on Sunday or Tuesday, please take your garbage on Saturday/Monday leaving as little trash behind as possible on Sunday/Tuesday. Thank you! Sunday Departures: Your checkout time is 1:00 pm to be able to take the trash to the recycle center when it opens. If you are unable to checkout later on Sunday, please take the trash on Saturday.

Hours of Operation:

Saturday - 8am-7pm; Sunday-1pm- 7pm; Monday - Thursday: 7am-7pm; Tuesday - CLOSED 
 Septic: The property is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products or other non toilet paper items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $250.
