The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bright and open living spaces, and an outdoor patio with dining table, seating, and grill. You'll also have access to the backyard with kayaks, games, and a hammock, as well as a private dock with seating and space to tie up your boat.

Please note that the jet ski and boat on the property are not available for guest use, but you're welcome to bring your own boat. Nearby marinas and boat ramps include Sugar Creek, Safe Harbor, Anchors, Blue Springs, Fish Tale, and The Boathouse at Harbor Club.
