With a total guest capacity of 12, the space allows you to spread out so that nobody has to tiptoe. Each treehouse features a king bed, a queen bed that rolls out of the wall via a crank wheel, two sets of double XL bunks wide enough for adults, and its own full bathroom equipped with a rain shower and a heated, lit toilet seat. Each unit also includes a stocked kitchenette with a coffee bar, an LED fireplace, central air and heat, and port-hole windows offering views of the mountains.

Built to be played with rather than just looked at, the property is packed with immersive surprises. Race side-by-side down two 20-foot slides, explore double swings and rope climbs, or use the bucket pulleys and drink chutes to move supplies between levels. Guests can also discover secret ladders, escape hatches, and interactive surprises on every floor. For relaxation, enjoy private upper and lower decks featuring wood-burning fireplaces and gas Weber grills.

Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and the Great Smoky Mountains, you are perfectly positioned for exploration. Guests also have access to shared resort amenities, including a community fire pit with complimentary firewood, an outdoor community kitchen and gathering area, and scenic walking paths.
