The downstairs level provides flexible living space with a queen bedroom, a second living area featuring bunk beds and a pull-out couch, a coffee bar, a kitchenette, and a kid-friendly corner with a crib.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, featuring four distinct outdoor areas. Guests can enjoy the screened-in deck with a TV and grill, or head down to the private two-story dock. • Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed but must be disclosed in advance. Pets are permitted downstairs only via a separate entrance; no animals are allowed on the main level or in the king bedroom due to severe allergies. Unauthorized animals will result in a $300 fee.
• Parking: Maximum of 5 vehicles total (2-3 near the fence, 2 along the driveway).
• Accessibility: The home is not wheelchair accessible; stairs are required inside and to access the water.
• Boat Policy: The owner's boat is not for guest use, though guests may rent a boat locally and dock it on-site. Please note that fluctuating lake levels may limit dock access for larger boats.
• Additional Notes: Main shower controls are reversed (turn toward cold for hot). Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated shed for Thursday pickup.
