The maximum occupancy for this property is 20 guests. Any individuals on the premises beyond this limit are considered trespassers and will be asked to vacate. A $40 fee per person will apply for any undeclared guests not approved prior to arrival.

Guest Suitability: The host reserves the right to refuse any guest deemed unsuitable for the property and may, at their discretion, relocate guests to a comparable accommodation within the building if necessary.

Photography & Videography: Professional photography or videography is not permitted without express written approval from the host.

Issue Resolution Access: If a complaint is submitted to the booking platform or directly to the host—such as concerns about cleanliness or amenities—the guest authorizes the host to enter the property without prior notice to resolve the issue and bring the home to a suitable standard.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $500 fee will be charged for any violation.

Late Checkout: Late checkouts must be approved in advance. Unapproved late departures will incur a $50 fee. If guests remain more than two hours past the designated checkout time, a minimum fee of $200 will apply, in addition to any lost revenue from impacted reservations.

Violations: Any breach of these house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund, at the discretion of the host.

Important Note: If any issue arises during your stay, please notify us right away so we can resolve it promptly. Our goal is to provide a 5-star experience. Refunds will not be issued after the fact if we have not been given the opportunity to address the issue during your stay.
