Please note that while the photos represent the actual unit, furniture, artwork, and small appliances may be updated periodically.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM (Minimum age: 21)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-outs are generally not possible; departures after 11 AM incur a $75 fee)
• Rules: No pets, no smoking, vaping, drugs, or parties. Third-party reservations are not accepted; the booking guest must be present for the entire stay.
• Note: Daily cleaning is not included in the rate, though additional cleaning services can be purchased. Please be aware that renovation work in other private units may occur during August 2026 (weekdays 9 AM - 5 PM), and the 8th-floor deck and pool may undergo maintenance between October 2026 and February 2027.
