Designed for maximum comfort, the home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, welcoming up to 12 guests. The first floor is anchored by a serene primary suite featuring a king-sized bed, elegant coffered ceilings, and a rustic-chic aesthetic, complete with an emerald-toned en-suite bath boasting a luxurious soaking tub, dual vanities, and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, guests will find two additional king suites with private baths, a cozy guest room with a full bed, and a bonus bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. A second upstairs living area with plush seating and balcony access provides additional space for relaxation.

The heart of the home is an airy, open-concept living area with soaring ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a gourmet kitchen. Chefs will love the premium professional-grade appliances and the spacious marble island, while the sun-drenched dining area offers stylish seating for six.

Located on a quiet street in the beautiful WaterColor community, the home is perfectly positioned for exploring scenic neighborhood paths and local attractions.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note that pool heat is available for $65/day for the entire stay. Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival receive a 100% refund (less a $250 fee); those made 30-60 days prior receive a 50% refund (less a $250 fee), and no refunds are issued within 30 days of arrival.
