For added convenience, the twin bedroom is served by a bathroom accessible from both the room and the hallway. Ascending to the next level, you will find a fifth queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom.

The heart of the home is an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, where guests can gather and socialize. The kitchen is well equipped for any meal, and a second refrigerator is provided on this level for added convenience. Laundry facilities are also located here. Step outside onto the deck off the dining area to glimpse the bay in the distance, or relax on the living room deck to watch your family enjoy the pool area while seeing the sun glisten on the Gulf waters, located just a few blocks away.
