Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. This is a dog-friendly property; pets must be included in the reservation and are subject to a pet fee. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site nightly. Optional pool heat is available for $50 per night. For safety, two exterior security cameras are installed facing the driveway and front entrance. To protect the HVAC systems, air conditioning may not be set below 68°F.
