The layout is designed for luxury and flexibility: the first floor offers a King bedroom, a Bunk room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The second floor provides multiple suites, including King bedrooms and a spacious Bunk room, along with an additional living area and a light-duty kitchen for serving. The entire third floor is a dedicated, luxurious master suite featuring a private balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf and tropical landscaping.

While the home is a sanctuary of its own, guests have exclusive access to Maravilla's premium community features:

• Policies: Pets are not allowed. Student/college groups are not permitted. Guests must be at least 25 years old; IDs are checked by security. For every four guests under 25, one parent must be present at all times.
• Restrictions: Saturday check-outs are not permitted during March-August and October. A 4-night minimum is required for most seasons.
• Security: A $2,000 refundable security deposit or accidental damage protection is required for all reservations.
