The home features a spacious multi-level layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The main floor hosts a primary suite with a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The lower level provides two additional bedrooms equipped with one King bed and one Queen bed. For children, teenagers, or agile guests, there is a playful sleeping loft featuring 2 Twin beds, 1 Full bed, and 1 air mattress; please note the loft is accessed by ladder only and requires supervision for young children.

Designed for both connection and relaxation, the interior offers two separate living areas, including a bright main room with towering windows and a second lounge in the basement. Entertainment is plentiful with a bar area, an N64 gaming system, board games, and a dedicated kids' play space complete with Michigan-themed books. The recently renovated full kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it ideal for shared group dining.
