The lower level serves as a secondary sanctuary, offering another living space with a second cozy fireplace and a functional kitchenette. This level houses three additional bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a double bed, along with a third full bathroom.

Outdoor luxury is abundant with a year-round hot tub, a private garden, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. For those visiting between Memorial Day and Labor Day, a dock is available for 15-minute loading and unloading of passengers, with a nearby mooring ball for boat rides.
