Guest Verification & Check-In
💳 Verification: A government-issued ID and contact verification are required for the guest portal.
⏰ Check-in and Check-out: Unauthorized late check-outs incur a $500 fee to cover turnover costs. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged with prior approval.
Age & Booking Restrictions
👤 Primary Guest: Must be 18+ and present throughout the stay.
🎉 Events & Gatherings: No events, parties, or commercial photography are permitted without prior approval. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of funds.
Pet Policies
🐾 Dog-Friendly Properties: A maximum of two dogs is allowed at pet-friendly properties, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog. No other pets, including cats, are permitted.
🚫 Non-Dog-Friendly Properties: No pets are allowed at these properties.
House Rules
🚭 Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Outdoor smoking is permitted with proper disposal. Violations may result in a fee of up to $2,500.
🔕 Quiet Hours: Enforced from 9 PM to 8 AM. Indoor and outdoor noise must remain under 50-60 dBA, and excessive noise may incur fines up to $1,000 and potential eviction.
👥 Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
Damage & Cleaning
🔧 Damage: Unreported damages or excessive cleaning may incur additional charges.
🗑️ Trash & Cleaning: Place all trash in bins. Excessive trash incurs a $150 fee.
🛋️ Furnishings: Treat furniture and linens with care. Additional fees may apply for stains or damages.
🔑 Key Care: Lost keys incur a replacement fee.
Pools, Hot Tubs & Amenities (If Applicable)
🥽 Safety: No glass, diving, or unsupervised children near pools or hot tubs.
🧼 Maintenance: Pools and hot tubs are regularly serviced; contact us for any issues. Do not tamper with controls.
Noise & Security
📈 Noise Monitoring: Non-recording devices monitor noise levels for safety. Noise or other violations may result in eviction without refund.
📹 Surveillance: Some properties may have security cameras on the exterior for safety. No interior surveillance.
Payments, Fees & Damages
💳 Accepted Payments: Only credit cards matching the ID name are accepted. We do not accept Cash, Chime, Cash App, eCheck, or prepaid debit cards.
💸 Charges: All fees, damages, or fines will be billed to the card on file.
Property Use & Conduct
⚖️ Legal & Safe Conduct Only: No illegal activity, weapons, fireworks, or hazardous substances allowed. Violations may lead to a $500 fine and eviction.
📦 Mail & Packages: Guests may not receive mail or packages at the property.
Lost & Found
📦 Items Left Behind: Lost items can be shipped at the guest’s expense, with a minimum $25 shipping fee. Shipping time may vary between 7-14 business days.
Host Cancellation
🏠 Property Availability: If the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, the Property Manager will offer a comparable property or a full refund.
