For entertainment, guests can enjoy a drinks fridge, an ice maker, a turfed area with corn hole and other outdoor games, and a covered lanai featuring a space heater and a huge 85" TV.

Located in Walton County, the property is perfectly positioned just 0.6 miles from Wall Street Beach Access. Guests are within a mile of the boutique shops and restaurants at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach, and just minutes from Alys Beach. The home offers the privacy of a wooded community while remaining close to the action. Guests also have access to a renovated communal pool and a brand-new dock overlooking Powell Lake.
