• Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of reservation
• Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking (at least 7 days before check-in) or 30+ days before check-in. 50% refund between 7 and 30 days before check-in. No refund less than 7 days before check-in.
