Destiny East is a quiet residential neighborhood offering a lot of great amenities for the whole family to enjoy. As such, there are many permanent residents that live here year-round and we ask that you help us stay friendly with the neighbors and keep the noise level at a reasonable level for the time of day. Also, a friendly reminder…Follow all neighborhood rules and regulations. Thank you for staying with us. We hope you have a wonderful beach vacation General Rules: No smoking or electronic cigarettes allowed in Club Destiny, on the pool deck, spa, playground or Cabana Grill area. No glass containers allowed on the pool deck, spa, playground or the Cabana Grill area. No pets are allowed in Club Destiny, pool deck, spa, playground or Cabana Grill area. Do not enter Club Destiny while wet or wearing a wet bathing suit. Access the restrooms via the entry on the west side of the clubhouse. ALL guests must wear Club Destiny wristbands to access the amenities. Club Destiny Staff reserves the right to deny access to anyone without the proper wristband or lack of a wristband band. Tenants are required to have wristbands. A noise curfew begins at 10:00 p.m. on Sunday thru Thursday and 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Loud noise or music that becomes a nuisance is not allowed. Outdoor speakers and parties MUST reduce the volume at these times indicated. Anyone causing damage to Destiny East property will be required to reimburse Destiny East Owners Association for the replacement or repair of the damaged property and may be barred from using the amenities. Club Destiny privileges can be revoked if rules are ignored. Owners are responsible for the actions of their guests, invitees and lessees. The police will be called anytime anyone is found to be intoxicated and acting inappropriately, using illicit drugs, drinking underage or engaging in lewd behavior. Only licensed drivers can operate a golf cart. (18 and older) No parking on grass. No street parking between the hours of 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Trash days are Tuesday and Friday. Trash receptacles are not be placed on curb before dusk the day prior and should be removed no later than midnight of trash day.
