About Property

Discover your ultimate lakeside escape at Hook, Wine, & Sinker, a charming 8,000 sq. ft. retreat in Winchester, Tennessee, designed for pure relaxation and group fun.

This expansive property is uniquely configured as two separate homes that do not join internally, providing double the convenience with two separate entryways, two full kitchens, two kitchenettes, two living spaces, and two game rooms. The layout consists of 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are mirrored across both sides of the property: each side features three queen beds and a pullout sofa upstairs, one king bed with a single bed off the master on the main level, and one king bed with a single bed off the master on the lower level. You will find four luxurious master bedrooms with king-sized beds—two of which offer lake views—and private balconies for peaceful mornings. Each of these rooms is complemented by a cozy nursery nook, perfect for families with little ones. The four bathrooms with showers are located off the master bedrooms, and the home also includes four half baths.

Entertainment is doubled throughout the estate. One game room is located in a detached space above the garage, featuring cushy bean bags, a ping-pong table, foosball, Marvel digital pinball, and a Pong VS arcade game. A second game room offers additional ping-pong, foosball, a Pacman arcade, and an NFL Blitz arcade game. For a quieter evening, head to the entertainment area featuring a 75-inch TV.

Outside, guests can unwind in the largest hot tub available, surrounded by plenty of seating, or gather around the smoke-free Solo fire pit for starlit conversations. The lake and dock are just steps away, and the property provides four kayaks and four paddleboards for exploring the water or swimming off the community dock.

Located just minutes from downtown Winchester and Twin Creeks Marina, the home is perfectly positioned for adventure. Local distillery tours, including Jack Daniels, Uncle Nearest, and George Dickel, are all within driving distance.
