The sleeping arrangements include a King bed with a Smart TV in the first bedroom, a Queen bed with a Smart TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower in the second, and a third bedroom featuring a Full bed and a twin bunk bed, also equipped with a Smart TV. A second full bathroom is available, featuring a bathtub with a shower and a separate walk-in shower.

The interior boasts an open-concept living area with a three-seater sofa, two sofa chairs, and a Smart TV, flowing into a dining area that accommodates 6 guests. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and a coffee machine with cream and sugar provided. Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious deck with outdoor sitting and a BBQ grill.

Located in a residential area, the home is situated down a flight of stairs from the road. While the private dock is reserved for owners, the public dock, Nicks, is conveniently located right next door.
