About Property

Discover the ultimate coastal getaway at Sanctuary at Beachwalk, a bright and expansive retreat in Michigan City, Indiana, designed to accommodate up to 16 guests in total comfort.

This stunning home features 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, ensuring ample space for large families or group escapes. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed on the upper level for maximum peace. The primary suite serves as a true escape with vaulted ceilings, a wet bar, veranda access, and a spa-inspired ensuite. Two additional ensuite bedrooms offer direct veranda access and walk-in showers. A fourth bedroom provides a cozy window seat and an attached full bath, while the loft room offers flexible overflow sleeping to ensure everyone has a place to relax.

The main level is defined by fresh coastal finishes and tall windows. A sunlit cook’s kitchen centers around a wraparound island with seating for eight, flowing naturally into a dining area perfect for reunions and holiday meals. For relaxation, choose between a comfortable TV living room with a large sectional or a second sitting room featuring plush couches, armchairs, and a piano for quiet conversation. A screened four-seasons room provides a serene spot for board games and reading, while the outdoor living spaces—including a covered front porch overlooking Waterfall Park, a stone terrace, and a covered patio with a BBQ and Solo Stove—allow you to embrace the fresh air.

Location & Neighborhood Perfectly situated within the Beachwalk Resort, the home is just minutes from Lake Michigan’s sandy shoreline, local marinas, and the charming shops and restaurants of Michigan City.
