The Primary suite offers stunning beach views and a breathtaking bathroom complete with white marble floors, a crystal chandelier, a glass walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub positioned perfectly by an electric fireplace. Two additional northern bedrooms are adorned with elegant linens and provide access to a balcony with sweeping views of Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay. For outdoor enjoyment, guests can relax on the large private beachfront balcony featuring high-end furnishings.

While the penthouse itself is a sanctuary, guests have access to the exclusive Silver Shells lifestyle. While general amenities are managed by the complex, the experience includes access to a lagoon-style pool, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a full-service spa, and the onsite Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Practical details include 2 dedicated parking spaces. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. To maintain the character of the community, pets are not allowed. Please note that the minimum age to book is 25; the property does not rent to students or anyone under 25 without a ratio of one parent for every two guests under 25. Minimum length of stay requirements apply during the summer and holidays.

For your convenience, a welcome kit is provided containing a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, a roll of paper towels, initial trash liners, and basic toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are also supplied. Guests are kindly asked to replenish these supplies for longer stays.
