The living space opens onto a beautiful 9 x 53-foot covered Gulf-front deck perfect for dining and lounging.

The upper level is an entertainment hub featuring a large game room equipped with an arcade, foosball, and air hockey, plus a kitchenette and bar. This floor offers three additional master suites—two with direct deck access—and an ADA-compliant bedroom with wonderful views of the Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf. Another themed room delights guests with a full-wall Peter Pan mural.

Outside, you will find a totally fenced yard for privacy, a large paver patio, and a garden landscaped with native grasses and palm trees. The property also includes a 45 x 53-foot open covered space under the house, making it a perfect venue for weddings and family reunions.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present at the property
• A signed rental agreement and a $1200 security deposit hold are required
• Pets: Allowed (Dogs only, max 2, under 50lbs) with a $160 fee per dog. Dogs must be crated when unsupervised and are not permitted on furniture. No cats.
• Weddings are allowed with prior approval and an event fee
