For ultimate comfort, every bed is equipped with a luxury pillow top mattress.

Banana Split offers an extraordinary outdoor experience, as it is the only duplex in the Gulf featuring a private pool and outdoor Cabana Bar for each side. The pools are raised 15 feet above the dunes, providing stunning views of the horizon and ensuring privacy while you enjoy the sunset from your private bar.

Inside, the home is equipped for large-scale hosting. The kitchen is designed to feed an army, featuring double the essentials with 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, and 2 disposals, along with a microwave and ice machine. For added convenience, washer and dryer units are installed on both the first and second floors. Entertainment is covered with brand new flat screen TVs in every room, including a massive 60-inch screen in the living room.

Located in the serene area of Fort Morgan, this property is uniquely designed so that each side and floor can be opened up, allowing it to be rented as one massive house for family reunions, anniversaries, or sports groups.

• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking
• Booking: Saturday to Saturday basis during summer; 3-night minimum during off-season
• Events: Weddings and birthday parties are permitted (contact for variable rates)
• Pool: Can be heated, though temperatures above 80 degrees cannot be guaranteed during December, January, and February
• Security: Surveillance cameras are located in the pool area
• Cancellation: Refund available if cancelled 145 days prior to arrival
• Reservation Note: The owner reserves the right to cancel and refund reservations if a current guest exercises their right to rent for the following year.
