Nestled in the charming coastal town of Dauphin Island, this luxury beach house offers easy access to the pristine white sand beaches and the many attractions of the island. The property has a check-in time of 3:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum age for the primary renter is 25, and the maximum occupancy of 16 guests cannot be exceeded at any time. This non-smoking property does not allow weddings or parties, and guests are responsible for starting dishes and linens before departure, as well as taking the trash cans to the street on Tuesday and Friday nights.
