Across the four units, the home features a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests.

Apartment 1 is comfy, cozy, and perfect for a family, offering three bedrooms (one king, one queen, and one full), a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a full kitchen, and a relaxing living room with a smart TV and a futon. Apartment 2 is great for a couple or small family, featuring one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, a quaint kitchen/dining room, and a living room with a large flat-screen TV and pull-out sofa.

On the upper level, Apartment 3 contains two bedrooms—one with a king bed and a twin, and another with a double bed—along with two full bathrooms with showers, a kitchen with a small dining table, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV. Apartment 4 also resides on the upper level and includes one bedroom with a king-size bed and a single, a well-appointed kitchen with updates throughout, and a living room with a sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV. Please note that guests have mentioned the stairs to the upper units may be a little steep.

This prime location is only five minutes from downtown Mobile, with Dauphin Island just 45 minutes to the south. While the home is close to everything the city has to offer, driving is recommended for easy exploration, though Uber and Lyft are readily available.

• Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and a signed rental agreement is required.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $50 fee per pet. Pets must be crated when unattended, are not permitted on furniture or beds, and all yard waste must be cleaned up.
• House Rules: No smoking (including vapes or marijuana) is allowed anywhere on the property; violations result in a $500 charge. No parties or events are permitted. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Trash: Please use provided bins; a $100 fee applies for excessive trash requiring third-party removal.
