These beautifully curated spaces provide a versatile layout for family reunions, friends' getaways, or bachelor(ette) events. The total configuration includes 6 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. Each individual loft features two bedrooms and one full bathroom, designed from floor to ceiling with the utmost detail. The units are spacious and open, allowing your group the flexibility to congregate in one suite for social time or retreat to private abodes for a quieter experience. A standout feature of these lofts is the large walk-out balcony included with each unit—a very rare find in downtown Lake Geneva—offering an excellent vantage point to enjoy a morning coffee or people-watch with a glass of wine.

Each suite further enhances sleeping capacity with a queen murphy bed located in the living room.

Location & Neighborhood Situated directly in downtown Lake Geneva, these lofts put you within walking distance of the city's best attractions. Because of this central location, guests should expect typical city noise associated with a vibrant downtown district.

• Pets: Not allowed
• Access: The units require the use of stairs for entry; there is no elevator on site.
• Security: Exterior cameras are located at the entryway, parking area, and balconies.
