While these units do not connect internally, they provide a comprehensive layout featuring 7 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 4 full bathrooms. This configuration allows the home to comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests.

It is the perfect spot to sip cocktails while enjoying front-row views of the lake, the Riviera, and the tour boats drifting by. For those seeking sun and surf, the public beach is conveniently located just across the street for a refreshing dip.

Practical Information: Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Six parking spots are reserved for the property; additional parking is available for $15 per car, per night. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests are asked to respect privacy hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Important Notices: There is one additional separate private residence (basement unit) in the building occupied by a tenant. An electronic guest rental agreement and identity verification are required to finalize bookings. Please be aware that from March 2027 to November 2027, extensive road construction may limit or eliminate vehicle access to the property.
