For those utilizing the full capacity of the home, please note that one of the three full bathrooms is located in an unfinished basement area.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and ample room for entertaining. The interior has been updated with new flooring throughout the entire home and features a new gas log fireplace, which is perfect for those cozy fall and winter evenings.

Outdoor highlights include a private pier and lakefront area, ideal for swimming or soaking up the sun. For water enthusiasts, boat parking is available via a buoy located just yards from the pier. Please be aware that pier access is guaranteed from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
