The main level features a primary bedroom with a king bed, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, alongside a cozy living room anchored by a fireplace. The upper level includes a loft and two additional bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with two twin beds. The lower level serves as an entertainment hub, offering two more bedrooms—one queen and one with two twin beds—and a dedicated rec room equipped with a pool table, foosball table, wet bar, wine cooler, and a large TV.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property, featuring an expansive back deck overlooking the golf course, a gas grill, a metal firepit, and a swing set for the kids to enjoy.

Please note that the primary booker must be 18+, and non-family groups must all be 18+. Smoking and street/lawn parking are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 8 AM. Guests are asked to bring their own pool towels. To maintain local regulations, spices, cooking oils, laundry detergent, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are not provided. A $500 security deposit hold is applied at check-in.
