The residence is thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The main level offers two bedrooms with queen beds, two full bathrooms, a large living room with a child's play corner, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area complete with a coffee bar. Upstairs, a loft overlooks the kitchen and leads to a third bedroom with a queen bed. The walk-out lower level houses the fourth and fifth bedrooms, both featuring queen beds, a third full bathroom, and a second family room with a dedicated game area.

Step outside to explore the stunning grounds, which include:

• A private lake with a sand beach, dock, kayaks, paddle boat, and a covered gazebo
• An 8-person outdoor hot tub on the patio
• A stand-alone game cottage equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, ping-pong, darts, giant connect four, and a poker set
• Manicured walking trails that wind around the lake and through former Christmas tree pine groves
• A large fire pit and multiple porches for relaxing

Guests may also encounter William and Fiona, the neighborhood peacocks who frequently visit the property. While docile, please do not feed them or allow children to chase them.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. Please note that the first section of the driveway is gravel. The detached garage and a metal shed on the property are not accessible to guests, though ample driveway parking is available. To ensure safety, please do not cross fences into neighboring properties. Lake use is at your own risk; we strongly recommend life jackets and adult supervision at all times.
