Downstairs, the third bedroom includes a Queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are also located downstairs, each equipped with a Queen bed, two Twin bunk beds, and access to a nearby shared bathroom.

• Restrictions: Dock access is strictly prohibited per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulations. Fire pit use is prohibited during July and August, and guests must adhere to county-wide burn bans.
• Fees: Parties or actions resulting in disturbances, damage, or excessive cleaning will incur a $1,000 fine. Unauthorized checkout delays are fined at $100 per hour.
