Guests have access to the entire apartment, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Starter amounts of bathroom, kitchen, and laundry supplies are provided. Long-term stays are welcome.

House Rules: This is a non-smoking, pet-free property. No parties or events are permitted without prior arrangement and payment of event fees. Violations incur significant fines: $1000 for unauthorized parties or smoking, $400 for pets, and $100 per hour for late checkout. Exterior security cameras may be present. The property operates under City of Fayetteville license STR-00932-2022.
