The layout features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Please note that the fourth bedroom is a compact space connected to Bedroom 3, featuring a bunk bed and armoire, making it an ideal cozy nook for children.

Living spaces are designed for relaxation and connection, including a living room, dining room, and a kitchen with a bar. A dedicated sitting area allows you to watch the Spanish moss gently sway in the breeze while overlooking the lake. For those seeking entertainment, the separate game room is a highlight, boasting a big-screen TV, a large leather sectional with power recliners, a foosball table, a working slot machine, and a full-sized fridge and freezer.

Outdoor living is expansive with four private decks. Two upper decks serve the main house and game room, while a spacious lower deck and a deck above the boathouse provide stunning lake views from every angle.
