Unregistered guests will incur a penalty of $250 per person -The TV is a smart TV with Roku, Hulu, and other streaming services available Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and other apps are available (you may need to input your username/password - don’t forget to log out) -The fire extinguisher is under the sink -There are two exits to the house: Front door and back door

• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• No illegal activity is allowed and is cause for immediate cancellation of reservation without refund
• Unauthorized animals will be cause for immediate cancellation of reservation and a $250 fee -UPON CHECKOUT: Place used dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle, I will empty them. Please put all used linens in the laundry area. Please leave all sheets on the beds and the beds unmade (this allows our cleaning staff to quickly take inventory). Turn off all lights and electronics
• There is noise monitoring hardware inside the home. It does not record conversations but monitors decibel levels. This allows us to be compliant with the city's noise ordinance.
• Guests from the greater Kansas City area are generally not allowed to reserve our home. There might be extenuating circumstances where we will make an exception. Instant-bookings from local guests without a previous conversation will be canceled.
