To accommodate larger groups, the home supports up to 16 guests, with two queen-size sleeper sofas located in the upstairs game room. The layout includes three suites on the first level and three on the second, along with a convenient powder bath and laundry room on the main floor.

Inside, you will find an enchanting open floor plan anchored by 32-foot vaulted ceilings and a stunning custom hanging bulb light fixture. The living area features a hand-carved fireplace mantle depicting rainbow trout swimming in a stream and a 75-inch smart TV with DirecTV Stream. The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting a large eleven-foot live edge island that seats five, a custom river dining table for 13-15 guests, two full-size refrigerators, and a built-in ice maker featuring "sonic style" ice. Check-in is available starting at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Guests will receive a unique entry code for a hassle-free self check-in process.
