The thoughtful layout includes a split floor plan downstairs and a dedicated bunk and game room wing. Sleeping arrangements are generous, featuring four king bedrooms—including a private king suite upstairs with its own balcony and porch swing—as well as a bunk room with three twin bunk beds and three trundles. For additional flexibility, a futon is available in the game room.

Inside, you will find large open living areas that make gathering easy. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room are filled with natural light from picture windows. Relax in the spacious living room with leather sofas and a wood-burning fireplace, or head to the game room for a round of pool, air hockey, or ping pong.

Outdoor excitement awaits with ample space for exploration. Guests can soak in the hot tub under the stars, enjoy cookouts with the hardlined grill, or gather around the fire pit.
