Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a small fee. This is a pet-friendly stay for house-trained pets (max 2) with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Please note that parties and large unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. A safety deposit of $450 or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) is required for all stays. Additionally, an extra nightly fee of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six. Smoking of any type is not allowed and subject to a $450 fine. Guest verification is required prior to confirmation. Please be aware that the fireplace and spa heating element are currently inoperable, and a noise alert device is installed to ensure local ordinance compliance.
