The sleeping arrangements include a Master Bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bath, a second bedroom with two Queen beds, a third with two bunk beds, and a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed (available for groups of 12+). Additionally, a second-floor loft cinema room provides a queen-size sofa and two twin pullout chairs for extra guests.

Inside, you will find a bright, open-concept living area with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a lovely fireplace. The majestic kitchen is a true dream, fully equipped with white quartz countertops, a huge eat-in island, and stainless-steel appliances. • Pets: House-trained pets allowed (max 2) with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet; must be discussed in advance and kept off furniture.
• Parking: Please use the garage or driveway; overnight street parking for trailers is prohibited.
• Policies: No parties, large unauthorized gatherings, or smoking of any type (violations subject to a $450 fine). Minimum booking age is 23.
• Requirements: Guest verification and either a refundable $450 safety deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) are required. A $29/night fee applies for each guest beyond the first six.
