• No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed; noise level monitoring is in place to ensure neighborhood peace.
• Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited (violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs).
• House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet (maximum 2).
• Wood-burning fireplace use requires prior written approval; wood is not provided.
• Note: The spa is a non-heated cool-water plunge pool.
• An additional nightly fee of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six.
