The second bedroom offers a queen bed with matching bedside tables, while the third bedroom includes both a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a dedicated work station. For additional sleeping space, the multi-purpose cinema room features an oversized sectional that converts into a sofa bed for two.

All reservations require either a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) or a refundable safety deposit of $450.

House Rules:

• No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are permitted
• Smoking of any type is strictly prohibited (Violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs)
• No street parking allowed per city regulations
• House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet (max 2 pets); pets must stay off beds and furniture
• Occupancy Note: Per City of Garland code, the property may not be occupied by more than three unrelated persons, except for children
• The fireplace is currently inoperable
