The sleeping arrangements include king and queen beds, supplemented by a sofa bed and a twin-with-trundle to ensure everyone has a place to recharge. The interior is defined by an open-concept layout and rustic comfort, highlighted by two dedicated living rooms. One area features a cozy red fireplace near the kitchen, while the second offers a wood-burning stove, plush seating, and a wall-mounted TV.

The heart of the home is a fully equipped kitchen designed to let culinary dreams soar, complete with a kitchen island that seats four. • Policies: No smoking of any type (violations subject to $450 fine). No parties or large unauthorized gatherings. Guest verification is required prior to confirmation.
• Requirements: A safety deposit of $450 or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) is required. An additional nightly fee of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six.
• Note: Fireplaces are wood-burning; wood is not provided and usage requires prior written approval. Noise level monitoring is installed to ensure neighborhood peace.
