To ensure a secure stay, guest verification and either a refundable $450 safety deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) are required. Parties and large unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and a noise alert device is installed to maintain local ordinances. Smoking is not allowed and carries a $450 fine. The wood-burning fireplace requires written approval for use, and the spa is a non-heated cool-water plunge pool.
