This spacious two-story residence is configured with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across both levels to give everyone room to unwind. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second and third bedrooms each offer a queen bed. The fourth bedroom includes a full bed with a twin trundle. For additional flexibility, a love seat pulls out into a twin bed and a futon is available in the second living area.

Inside, the home is centered around a large open kitchen and living area perfect for gathering, complemented by a second living space upstairs. The interior is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, dining seating for eight, a breakfast bar for four, and a variety of appliances including a Keurig coffee maker, mini refrigerator, and crock pot. For convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer, flat-screen TVs, and child gates on all stairs.
