You are approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas and just a 20-minute drive from DFW International Airport. Nearby highlights include the scenic Old Alton Bridge and hiking trails at Elm Fork and Pilot Knoll, the diverse Denton Community Market, and the 29,000-acre Lake Lewisville for fishing and swimming. Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guest verification is required prior to confirmation. A non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) or a refundable $450 safety deposit is mandatory. House-trained pets are welcome (max 2) with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet; pets must stay off furniture and beds. A $29/night fee applies for each guest beyond the first six. Smoking is strictly prohibited and subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or large unauthorized gatherings are allowed. For security and local compliance, a noise alert device and exterior security cameras are in use.
