Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for a fee. A safety deposit of $450 or a non-refundable damage waiver ($39-$79) is required. Guest verification is mandatory prior to confirmation. House-trained pets are welcome with a $150 non-refundable fee per pet (max 2).

Strictly no parties, events, or large unauthorized gatherings are permitted. Smoking of any type is prohibited and subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning costs. Please note that the fireplace is currently inactive and must not be used. A noise alert device is installed to ensure compliance with local ordinances. For groups of 12+ guests, Room #5 will be opened. An additional nightly fee of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six.
