This two-story home on stilts features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a king size bed, and a third bedroom equipped with both twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds. For additional guests, the living area includes a queen pull-out sofa. The three full bathrooms provide convenience with a mix of walk-in showers and shower/tub combinations.

The star of the show is the massive private pool, featuring in-pool seating and a built-in bar top so you can sip and soak without ever leaving the water. The outdoor space is made for easy fun, featuring an outdoor bar perfect for grilling or mixing drinks, a propane grill, and a shaded gazebo for kicking back. Additional exterior highlights include a balcony and patio with chairs, a picnic table, and a convenient outdoor shower.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with basic essential needs, including a blender, toaster, and both standard and Keurig coffee makers. The dining area offers a table with seating for eight and a breakfast bar for five. For convenience, the home includes flat-screen TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Located just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and shops, the property is also situated near a skate park, playground, and the trail head to Charlie's Pasture. Please note the home is not within easy walking distance to the beach (30+ min walk). For those traveling with gear, the oversized driveway provides ample parking for up to ten standard vehicles, including boat/trailer space and RV parking with a 50 AMP hook up.
