The Main House boasts 14' ceilings and a gourmet chef's kitchen with a large island, while its master suite includes a soaker tub and dual rain shower. The Guest House offers an open design with a master bedroom featuring a private patio and a second bedroom equipped with three full bunk beds that sleep six.

Outdoor entertainment is a highlight of this property, featuring a modern pool, an oversized hot tub, and a fire pit for cooler Texas nights. Guests can enjoy a Traeger pellet smoker for BBQ moments and a wide array of games, including ping pong, foosball, skee ball, and cornhole. • Pet Policy: Pet-friendly for $150 per reservation. Pets must be crated when unattended and leashed outside. Pets are strictly prohibited from the pool and hot tub (violation results in a $500 fine).
• Rules: No parties, events, or smoking on the premises. Guests must be 21+ unless accompanied by a guardian. An additional guest fee of $35 per person/night applies after 6 guests. Exterior security cameras are in use to monitor guest count and pets.
