In the main residence, the primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en suite bathroom, followed by a second bedroom with a king bed and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds. The guest house is a versatile bunkhouse that sleeps eight, equipped with two sets of twin bunk beds and one set of queen bunk beds, along with a bathroom featuring a stand-up shower.

Designed for gathering, the property boasts three distinct indoor living spaces. These include a family room overlooking the yard and lake, a second family room with a private door, and a third living area within the casita. The main house is further enhanced by an open-concept kitchen with gourmet appliances, a dining area, and a cozy pot belly stove. The guest house adds convenience with its own wet bar, sectional couch, and small dining area.

Please be aware that due to the owner's allergy to dogs, no dogs are allowed on the property at any time, including service animals. Additionally, note that construction on a neighboring property may result in occasional activity between 8 AM and 3 PM.
