All 3 bathrooms are full baths with shower, vanity, and toilet — two ensuite and one hall bath.

Please note: There is active new home construction in the neighborhood with working hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Pricing has been adjusted to reflect this.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Self check-in via smart lock; access code sent morning of arrival
• Primary guest (booker) must be 25 or older; a guest 25+ must be present for the entire stay
• Maximum occupancy when a guest 25+ is present throughout: 12 guests
• Pets: Up to 2 dogs allowed (under 75 lbs; no aggressive breeds or puppies under 1 year)
• Non-refundable pet fee: $175.39 (taxes included) per stay; signed rental agreement required
• Pool heating available for an additional fee — do not self-heat the pool
• No glass near the pool; rinse sunscreen before entering
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (strictly enforced in residential zone)
• Completed Rental Agreement and Check-In form required before access is granted
